Also included in the Morgan Farms Master Plan are retail shops, restaurants, commercial offices, banking and other services. Lakeside Links  Ludington, MI  Lakeside Links is a well-loved local 27-hole golf course located in Ludington. The owners of the golf course were interested in exploring alternative opportunities allowable on the property while still maintaining the existing golf course use.  Mansfield and Associates designed this Planned Unit Development conceptual drawing including 18 holes of golf, 72 single family and duplex fairway view homes, a banquet and meeting hall, and a senior assisted living facility
Stone Ridge   Thompsonville MI, is a Planned Unit Development concept drawing that was designed and created as a tool for the developer to be able to share his vision for a potential project and perform market analysis to determine the feasibility of moving forward into implementation. Stone Ridge is a 350 acre site in Thompsonville next to Crystal Mountain Resort. The site provides an estate like setting for a variety of different housing styles, an 18 hole golf course and club house, equestrian center, horse paddocks, and riding trails.
