Tamarack Lodge - Phase I -  Traverse City, Michigan . . . Tamarack Lodge is a luxury condominium development in Traverse City, Michigan.  The five-story structure is designed as a tribute to the "Arts and Crafts" Movement.  When completed, the Tamarack site will consist of four buildings, directly adjacent to 800 feet of beach front on East Grand Traverse Bay.  Overall, the development will house 75, two and three bedroom residences for fractional and full ownership condominiums.  Tamarack's first phase building consisting of 29, two and three bedroom units opened in July 2006.  The main lobby reception, expansive hearth, and hospitality spaces captures the look and feel of great turn-of-the-century grand lodges prominent in the Northern Michigan landscape.  As in the "Arts and Crafts" era architecture, the attention to detail, warm earth tone color schemes and the unique blend of old and new, creates an appealing interior ambiance.  Each units includes vintage lighting and plumbing fixtures in elegant style bathroom suites.  Other features include jet tubs, flat panel televisions, wireless internet, and state of the art appliances. 

Sugar Loaf Resort - Leelanau, Michigan . . . Under new ownership, the beloved winter playground of the regions previous generations, Sugar Loaf Resort is adopting a new initiative. The new Sugarloaf Initiative is to create a sustainable mix of resort-like uses providing year round multi-generational activities.  Uses and activities will follow the growing trend in winter snow sports such as snowboarding and extreme snow parks, transitioning into summer board sport uses. New housing, hotel and lodge with up to date restaurants, shops, banquet space, and camping activities will provide a new community-resort atmosphere at Sugar Loaf and provide for a sustainable mix of uses.

Interlochen Center for the Arts   Interlochen MI . . . A 1600 acre four-season ski golf and lifestyle community located some 40 miles southwest of Traverse City in Benzie County.  Staff from Mansfield & Associates have been a part of the significant growth at this family oriented and progressively designed resort since 1991.  Providing survey, design, permitting and testing services.

Wuerfel Park - Traverse City, Michigan . . . Home Of The Traverse City Beach Bums, Independent Frontier League with state of the art multi-use entertainment facility.  There are  3,518 Permanent Chair Back Seats, Corporate Deck, and a Private Table Deck.  There is an Expanded General Admission Grass Berm seating Area Encompassing The Entire Outfield, along with 27 Luxury Suites, Home/Visitors Clubhouses, and an Indoor Practice Facility.
