A multi-phase project using neo-traditional urban layouts for a walkable community. Harlow Farms Conservation Community  - Marquette, Michigan . . . The project was a former Gravel Pit Restoration.  Joint City / Developer Infrastructure   The project was developed as a mixed-use development with mixed residential use along with a senior living facility.  The site was also the last major land holding within the Marquette City limits.

 

Manistee Holding Company  (A Mixed Use Development) - Manistee, Michigan . . . Located Across From The Hospital, the facility housed a hotel, retail space, offices, senior living, apartments, and duplexes.
