Bonobo Winery

Mansfield Land Use Consultants’ multidisciplinary team, in collaboration with Traverse Architecture Group,  carefully created a site design plan for Bonobo Winery that met or exceeded local regulations, state regulations and winery zoning requirements. The location of the building was strategically positioned, striving to preserve valuable vineyard land and existing cold air drainage patterns, as well as incorporating breathtaking view of Grand Traverse Bay.
