As a conservation community, Harlow Farms’ intended purpose was to balance residential needs with natural beauty. The team at Mansfield Land Use Consultants used the rolling hills of the property to incorporate open space, walking trails and natural resource preservation while harmoniously offering a variety of mixed residential uses – single family, duplex townhomes and senior living. MLUC provided all design, permitting, engineering and survey services for the Planned Unit Development (PUD).
