Rindlehaven, a mixed use Planned Unit Development (PUD), was designed to be a great place for families to live with access to both Grand Rapids and Lansing. A commercial core, open spaces, parks and trail systems are among the amenities that Rindlehaven offers residents. Mixed use residential options included single family homes, townhomes, apartments, assisted living and senior housing. The development continues the city’s historical NE – SW grid coordination, which provides a unique perspective of the I-96 corridor. Rindlehaven is an example of form-based code guided development as the PUD is linked to a pattern book.
